Reflections of golden-yellow with an amber shade are reflected in the haze of this wine. The texture is dense, and we slowly swirl it in our glass.
Its refined aromas are reminiscent of ripe fruit, golden delights, yellow plum, fig, orange peel, and a bouquet of dry yellow flowers. Perceptions of honey, straw, dry Mediterranean herbs follow, eventually resulting in vanilla, gentle hints of butter and licorice.
The wine is soft. It offers plenty of freshness and minerality, we can also detect a slight astringency coming from the prolonged grape skin contact. A wine of fullness and intensity. Freshness and minerality are leading the taste into a long and elegant aftertaste characterized by ripe fruit, herbs, and sweet spices.
Food: fuži with truffles, teriyaki salmon, also dishes with lobster and crab. Also, a good accompaniment to poultry dishes.

|Vinification process:||Early morning harvest, grapes are picked within an hour, then destemmed and straight on maceration. After that we press and vinificate in barrique barrels.
