A Pinot Noir with deeper ruby red color, with a translucent garnet edge and dense texture.

The aromas are sophisticated and pamper us with perceptions of ripe plums, cherries, mulberries, we notice also hints of dried red flowers in the background. Perceptions of maturation in wood follows, with a touch of vanilla, cinnamon, as well as scents of roasted. Leather intertwines with forest undergrowth. The finish is reminiscent of a carob and tip of the pencil.

The mouthfeel is soft. It fills our mouth refreshing it. These sensations are followed by the perception of minerality and fine, silky tannins, which gradually release their grip. The wine is majestic, almost in balance with flavor perceptions that are confirmed in the mouth. It is a full-bodied wine with expressed elegance and long-lasting taste.

A harmonious wine that will only enhance its elegance. He still has a lot of life ahead of him. Due to its properties, it will go well with pork or veal dishes. Also, with rack of lamb in herbal wrap.
