(Notes for vintage 2022)
A crystal-clear wine with straw yellow colour and dense texture.
Pronounced aromas are reminiscent of pear, green apple, gooseberry, yellow grapefruit, and lemon peel. We also find jasmine flower, grass notes, green tea, and white pepper.
Its soft taste fills the mouth and pleasantly refreshes it, while the minerality leaves its mark. The intense taste is especially refreshing and lively. It is elegant, medium textured and long lasting. Perceptions of green fruit and citrus are also repeated in the mouth.
It is an extremely elegant wine that will pamper you for many years to come.
It can be enjoyed as a refreshment or as an accompaniment to sashimi, fish or meat carpaccio and various raw seafood.
