A Pinot Gris with golden yellow colour and a slight coppery rim, crystal clear and dense.
Its intense bouquet is reminiscent of orange peel, we also perceive peach compote, yellow plum and mango. Gentle notes of vanilla, butter, sweet root, as well as oregano, nutmeg and yellow rose join its aromatic landscape.
The wine is dry, soft, at the same time fresh and minerally tasty, just enough to act balanced. With a slightly spicy finish. An intense wine of pronounced elegance, full-bodied and long-lasting with flavours of quince, orange, Mediterranean herbs and sweet root.
Due to its attributes, it will go well served with dishes with crab, lobster, as well as fried shrimp. Serve it also with thinly sliced lard on freshly toasted bread, or oriental dishes.
