A wine with a brilliant, straw-yellow bravo with a golden hue and a dense texture.
Its sophisticated bouquet is reminiscent of a yellow apple, apricot, and yellow plum. We also find orange, carambola, and yellow rose. Its mineral hint of white stone interplays with the delicate perceptions of vanilla, anise, and herbal scents.
The sophistication of the wine is also expressed on the palate. We notice softness and warmth, but on the other hand a perfect measure of freshness and minerality, which gives the wine liveliness. The wine is intense, has a fuller body and an elegant, long-lasting taste in which the flavors of apricot, citrus, sweet spices, and Mediterranean herbs express.
A wine that will be a great accompaniment to dishes made of creamy pasta, even with creamy risottos, or baked white fish. Also try it with salmon fillet, accompanied by a salad of orange slices, fennel root and browned pine nuts or almond flakes.
