A wine with deep, golden yellow colour with a copper border and dense texture.

The aromas are intense, evoking yellow apple, peach, yellow fig, red orange and lime, carambola, also a note of mint and thyme. Cedar and nutmeg are intertwined with the aroma of vanilla at the end.

A dry Rebula that acts soft and fairly warm. The wine is refreshing, mineral and just slightly tannic feeling youthful and focused. The structured, intense taste leads us to a very persistent, elegant and precisely defined aftertaste. A harmonious wine that will show its strengths as it matures. It is already appropriate, but it will show its advantages over the years.

This Rebula can be offered with a tuna or shark steak or. It will go well with potato dumplings with creamy sauces, as well as with salmon pasta.

The Process

Vinification process:  Grapes are destemmed and put in a vinificator. After 14 days of maceration we press and begin the 8 month aging process in Eggoist concrete eggs and then another 8 months in 225l barrique barrels.
