(Notes for vintage 2019)
A wine with deep, golden yellow colour with a copper border and dense texture.
The aromas are intense, evoking yellow apple, peach, yellow fig, red orange and lime, carambola, also a note of mint and thyme. Cedar and nutmeg are intertwined with the aroma of vanilla at the end.
A dry Rebula that acts soft and fairly warm. The wine is refreshing, mineral and just slightly tannic feeling youthful and focused. The structured, intense taste leads us to a very persistent, elegant and precisely defined aftertaste. A harmonious wine that will show its strengths as it matures. It is already appropriate, but it will show its advantages over the years.
This Rebula can be offered with a tuna or shark steak or. It will go well with potato dumplings with creamy sauces, as well as with salmon pasta.

Grapes are fermented with the skins. The finish of alcoholic fermentation and the beginning of malolactic fermentation happens in the barrique barrels.
