A wine with a glowing copper color and a dense texture revealed by thick tears that slowly sleeping along the wall of the glass.
Its fine and intense aromas reveal ripe peach, red apple and blood orange, ginger, jasmine flower and a hint of hay. Scents of almond are blended with the perceptions of butter, vanilla and brittle dough, all rounded off by a hint of oregano.
The taste feels soft, and quite warm. Freshness balances the perceptions and intertwines with its minerality. The elegant taste feels intense, balanced and long-lasting, with repeated perceptions of fruitiness and herbs.
A wine that will go well with soft-fried crab, as well as salmon fillet. Beef tartare will also be an interesting pairing, as well as a creamy risotto with a thin slice of lard.
