Golden yellow with clear translucency, indicating that the wine has not been filtered. Malval’s texture is dense, and after turning, we see slowly slipping tears.
The aromas are intense and fine, we perceive apple, apricot, mango, acacia flower, rose, marzipan and vanilla. At the end, light notes of thyme, lemon peel, butter bread and nutmeg are reflected.
The wine is dry, works soft, with just the right amount of freshness and minerality to act balanced. A wine with an intense taste and a full body in which the expressed elegance is reflected in a lasting persistency.
It is a harmonious Malvasia that will go well with roasted fish, or dishes made from roasted white meat. Also, some carpaccio or steak tartare will spice it up nicely.

|Vinification process:||Grapes are destemmed and put in vinificator (cold maceration) with whole grape berries. After two days of skin contact, we press the grapes, and fermentation begins with indigenous yeasts. After that we age for 8 months in stainless steel tanks Egg inox.|
