A great chardonnay that lights the glass in shades of golden yellow and shows its density with an almost oily texture.
Intense aromas are reminiscent of dried apple slices, bergamot, pineapple, we detect also grape berries. Hints of honey mix with caramel, butter, cinnamon sticks, roasted almonds, and vanilla. The finish is marked by an intertwining of nutmeg, pollen, and pine nuts.
A wine with an accentuated softness, which is balanced by freshness and minerality leaving a slight tannic perception. It is intense and develops into a long-lasting taste, characterized by fruity and buttery flavors that recall apple rolls and marzipan. The wine is noble and full-bodied.
Food: European angler in a prosciutto wrapper, soft fried crab, lobster in butter with puree. Also with crispy chicken thighs, as well as pheasant.
